Hi!
My roommates and I are offering a room for rent, beginning August 1st (possibly before). We have a 4BR/2BA house in Louisville.
We are fun and relaxed professionals, in our early 30s, who recently moved to Colorado to enjoy a change of pace.
If you can afford the rent $535 and bills ($55/month average so far) we'd like to meet you.
Upsides to our home:
entire water supply to house is filtered (showers, sinks, outdoor water, the works)
it's a 4BR house with only 3 rooms occupied. plenty of space.
no kids
fenced in yard with HOT TUB
we're great cooks. we love healthy food and sweets, alike.
washer/dryer
we're all pretty laid back & greatly enjoy relaxing w/ movies, books, music
Bonuses about you: (let's call them preferences, not requirements)
You're a female that can balance the 2:1 M/F ratio
Interested in completing our household, not just renting a room
A Caregiver (remember that extra room!!)
A climber who can introduce us to climbing/repelling (we can take you flying or diving, if interested)
Not a student (negotiable w/ the right person)
**Photos or in-person visits to property available upon request. Someone is usually home, so we're pretty flexible on showings.
We will consider pets individually. We have a dog, but we need to make sure everyone is compatible before making any promises.
